I am really proud to announce The Guardian Newspaper voted my baking school in it's Top 5 baking schools. Due to other commitments, dates are limited and so it's going to be very much first come first served. All demonstrations take place in my home in Essex which is in a little village just 2 miles from the Harlow junction 7 of the M11. I'm situated 6-7 miles from Epping Underground station and equilateral distance from Harlow Mill overground.
