Yorkshire Puddings

In my humble opinion a roast just isn't a roast without the addition of a good old Yorkie.  
1 cup of plain flour
1 cup of milk 
1 cup of eggs
pinch of salt 
Non-virgin olive oil

Preheat the oven to 210

Whisk together the flour, milk, eggs and salt until frothy. Leave to rest for at least half an hour. Next add oil into a 12 hole muffin pan, place into the oven until smoking hot, then add the batter. 

Cook for 22-26 mins until well risen and golden brown.
